Dean - "Warrantless wiretapping is impeachable"
John Dean, who had a bird's eye view of presidential misconduct during the Nixon administration, has this insightful analysis of Bush's illegal wiretapping at findlaw.com. Here are a couple of particularly interesting comments (emphasis added):
